When you build your Envoy, we store the content you provide—documents, communication samples, FAQs, and training materials. This is the knowledge base that powers your AI avatar.
We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. We also collect device information and IP addresses for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Data
Your training content is used exclusively to power your Envoy. We do not use your proprietary content to train our general AI models or share it with other users.
We use account and usage data to provide and improve the service, process payments, send important service updates, and provide customer support.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze trends and improve the platform. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform—such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email services—under strict data processing agreements.
Your Envoy's responses are visible to people who interact with it. You control what knowledge your Envoy has access to and can update or remove content at any time.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or security threats.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We also use analytics cookies to understand how people use the platform so we can improve it.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the service.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
While we take security seriously and implement reasonable safeguards, no system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Data Retention
We retain your account data and training content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and training content within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Conversation logs between visitors and your Envoy are retained according to your plan settings and can be deleted at any time from your dashboard.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request a copy of the information we hold about you.
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to certain uses of your data.

Children's Privacy
Envoy is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Envoy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
